Canadian Rockies

Up in British Columbia for a couple months, I made the six hour trek east to check out the Rockies for a long weekend! Friends Marie and Johnathan cruised up from Calgary to meet up for a few days of hikin and campin.






I have to thank Marie for taking most of these beautiful pictures.





We had a glorious fall day for a hike around Kananaskis Lakes.










Never a bad time for a cold Alexander Keith's!







Camped out right on Upper Kananaskis...

Cold mornings, eh!



Hit the road and took the scenic route back to Kamloops via Banff, the Icefields Parkway and then Jasper.
